Lipolaser is a lipo device (insertion of needle) which uses lasere to melt the fat, instead of sucking out intact fat.  It then sucks out the melted fat.  Main difference-it is invasive by inserting a NEEDLE under the skin.
 
COOLSCULPTING FROM ZELTIQ permanently reduces fat with NO INCISIONS, NO DOWNTIME and with very consistent results.  Developed by a Dr. at Harvard, the Zeltiq is now approved by the FDA for fat reduction.  There are 40 select physicians in the US which have the device and Dr. Kevin Welch is one of them!
 
With COOLSCULPTING, the body fat is "cooled" to a certain temperature where it will gradually die and be taken away naturally by the body's own immune system.  The skin and muscle are unharmed.  Clinical studies have shown a consistent 25% reduction of fat in the area treated.
