The mission of the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery (ASCDAS) is to promote the advancement of ethical aesthetic dermatology as a medical and surgical discipline. Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery encompass those therapeutic regimens, techniques, and procedures for restoring and maintaining skin, hair, and nails. The Society recognizes the importance of improving and enhancing the appearance and integrity of the skin in patients of all ages. Through this mission, the Society will encourage member education and training, research, public awareness, and charitable endeavors.

Dr. Kevin Welch is a Diamond injector of Botox (approx only 200 in the USA), and a member of the National Education Faculty (NEF), for Allergan, which allows Dr. Welch, Cosmetic Dermatologist teach other physicians  how to inject Botox.
