COMBINATION THERAPY FOR SKIN REJUVENATION

DEBBIE, Medical Estheticiain for Dr. Welch says that by doing MicroPeel every month you can maintain that polished and fresh look.  A MicroPeel improves skin's texture and appearance.  Dermaplaning (exfoliation with a surgical blade) or an enzyme mask is followed by either lactic or glycolic acid for a deeper exfoliation of the pores.  The final step of cryogenic therapy is skin freezing; tightening pores and soothes the skin.

REAL SKIN REJUVENATION oftens requires a combination approach.  There are three layers we attempt to improve.  The top layer, the epidermis, can be enhance and smoothes with Retin-A type creams, chemical peels, microdermabrasions, IPL and fractional resurfacing.  The middle layer, the dermis, can be helped with fractional resurfacing and Thermage to tighten the skin.  The third layer, the musculature, can be helped with Botox.  Fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse can complete the effect by filling in deep lines an augmenting the lips.  These procedures can be done individually, but if combinated are even better result.
